  • Qualified medical personnel possessing requisite medical qualifications and teaching experience as per National Medical Commission (NMC) (erstwhile Medical Council of India-MCI) may walk-in for the personal interview to be conducted on 15/03/2022.
  • This walk-in interview will be for the preparation of selection cum waiting list for the below mentioned posts in anticipation of final approval of the affiliated Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat as well as National Medical Commission.
  • Venue for the walk-in interview will be New Standing Committee Room, 3rd Floor, New Annexe Building, Surat Municipal Corporation, Muglisara, Surat and the interested candidates are requested to remain present by 10:00 AM.

On Contract Without private practice – Rs. 50,000/- fixed p.m. With private practice - Rs.20,000/- fixed p.m.

  •  In case candidates for the aforesaid posts (Sr. No. 1) are not available on regular pay scale, the said posts shall be filled up on short term contract bases on fixed consideration until the said posts is/are filled up on regular pay scale.
  • The candidates possessing requisite medical qualifications and teaching experience shall have to bring all necessary certificate(s) & documentary proof(s) (original along with two attested copies)
  • School Leaving Certificate (or any other proof for date of birth) 
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable) 
  • Degree Certificates, Mark-sheets & Attempt Certificate of MBBS, PG, PhD degrees (as applicable). 
  • Registration Certificates for MBBS and PG degree (as applicable). 
  • Experience certificate(s) of all teaching appointments before joining the present post 
  • Research Publication(s), if any. 
  • Certified copy of appointment order of the present institute
  • Joining report at the present institute.
  • Present pay scale and pay slip of last salary drawn
  • NOC from present employer for appearing in the above said interview 
  • Relieving order from the previous institution/posting.
  • Photo ID proof (Govt. authority issued): Passport/PAN Card/Voter ID/Aadhar Card 
  • Proof of change in name/Proof of change in marital status at the time of interview.

  • In the event of any information furnished during this interview subsequently turning out to be false/incorrect or any document/s or certificate/s is/are found to be out of order, or it comes to light that there has been suppression of any material information, it shall be considered as gross misconduct thereby rendering the candidate liable to disciplinary and/or legal proceedings including disqualification from interview and if appointed he/she will be liable to be dismissed from service without any notice.
